High strength, better impact and anti vibration than YG6, but low wear resistance.
YG8 Processing conditions and application:
It is suitable for rough drilling, rough planing, rough milling, general hole and deep hole drilling and reaming for irons and non-ferrous metals and their alloys and non-metal materials. For rough machining of ferrous metals and their alloys of iron, discontinuous cutting, drawing rod and tube for electric drill, touch; oil and geological exploration drill, cutter tooth; also for easy wear parts, machine and tool nozzle top, forging rod and punch tool etc.
